WATCHOUT 7

Task+

Task+ talks to WATCHOUT 7 and puts in front of the operator what is actually needed in the room: the buttons with their cues, the show variables, the timelines with their colours and the time left. It is not a generic remote: it is a desk built around the show.

The desk
Buttons with cues

Every button carries its own sequence of commands towards the show.

Groups

Buttons are organised the way the show is organised, not the way the file is.

Timeline colours

Every timeline is recognisable at a glance, even from across the room.

Show state
Live state

Stopped, running or paused, read straight from WATCHOUT.

Countdown

The time left to the next cue, large and readable.

An honest connection light

A stopped show sends no events: the light stays green, because silence is not a failure.

Variables
Show inputs

WATCHOUT variables are read and written from the desk.

Ordered writes

One write in flight per field: with several workstations, the last word belongs to whoever actually wrote last.

Together with the rest
Same home as PLAY

Same projects, same backups, same multi-user locking.

Genuinely separate projects

A Task+ project and a PLAY project never mix: the ban lives in the server, not in the browser.

Companion

The desk actions reach a physical surface.
