1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Only what you enter in the forms on this site:

• Demo version: first name, last name, email, company, role, country, phone (optional), intended use and your consent choices. We also record when you open the link and how many times you download the file.
• Contact us: name, email, company, phone, subject and message.
• Support: name, email, company, the details of the report and any attached image.

The public site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. To limit automated submissions we use a fingerprint of the IP address, kept for one hour and not linked to the person.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Sending the demo link, replying to messages, handling support reports and following up on your request: pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Commercial information about WOCube 4 (new releases, offers, events): only if you gave the optional consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on the rest.
• Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. How long

• Demo requests and messages: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Commercial consent: until withdrawn.
• Support reports: for the duration of the support relationship; unconfirmed reports are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Longer only where required by law (for example under a contract).

5. Who receives them

Nobody, for their own purposes. Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy), acting as data processor. We do not sell it and do not transfer it outside the European Union.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@lorenzoromeo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Providing the data

The fields marked as required are needed to give you what you ask for: without them we cannot send the demo or reply. Commercial consent is always optional.
