DLS
DLS is the stills desk. You need it when the piece is made of pictures and has to go on air at the speed of the spoken word: you pick from the grid, you take it, you move to the next. Nothing to prepare beforehand, except the pictures.
You pick, you drag, you pin the folder you are working in.
Even the formats the browser does not know show up, converted on the fly.
Every picture remembers how it was framed last time.
Several destinations served together, each with its own content.
Play and stop from the keyboard, to keep up with the talking.
Soft in and out, or hard cuts, depending on how the live show is going.
Playback orders prepared beforehand and fired with one button.
Automatic advance, with the engine running on the server rather than in an open tab.
A graphic frame and a background dedicated to the stills.
The newsroom browses and approves from outside; only the good material reaches the control room.
The same project, with switching between graphics and stills.
They are part of the same system
The editor where the graphics are drawn: text, images, video, shapes, animation and data.

We will set up a demo on your own material: it is the quickest way to tell whether it is the right tool.
